I offer foundational support, immediate in-home triage while you await an IBCLC appointment, and referrals if major challenges surface. I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions like tongue-ties.

Welcome Home Baby package

2 Hour Visit

  • Proper Latch Check: We will make sure the baby is attaching deeply and comfortably.

  • Comfortable Positions: We’ll try different ways to hold the baby to find what feels natural for both of you.

  • On-Demand Scheduling: I’ll help you understand your baby’s hunger cues so you can feed with confidence.

  • Comfort & Care: We will address any engorgement or soreness you are feeling.

  • Your Personal Care Plan: After our visit, I’ll provide a written plan that lists everything we discussed.

  • 3 Weeks of Text/Phone Support: For the next 21 days, you can text or call me with any questions. If you feel unsure about a feeding or a pump setting, I am just a message away.


The Pumping Pro Package

1 hour and 30 minutes

  • The Perfect Fit: I will measure you for the right flange size. A good fit means more comfort and more milk!

  • Pumping Routines: We will build a schedule that works for you, whether you are only pumping or nursing your baby too.

  • Troubleshooting: If you are having pain or low milk supply, we will find out why and fix it.

  • Product Tips: I will share the best products to use so you don't waste money on things you don't need.

  • 2 Weeks of Text/Phone Support: For the next 14 days, you can text or call me with any questions. If you feel unsure about a feeding or a pump setting, I am just a message away.

  • What to Expect: We will cover the "Golden Hour" after birth and how to tell if your baby is getting enough milk in the first few days.

Virtual Lactation & Support Session

$35 an hour

Flexible, advice when you need it. Book hourly support across a range of topics—from planning to problem-solving.

  • Visual Latch Assessment: I can watch a feeding and give you real-time tips on positioning and attachment.

  • Pumping Check: Show me your pump! We can check your flange fit, go over your settings, and make sure your parts are clean and working correctly.

  • Return-to-Work Planning: We can map out a schedule for pumping and milk storage that fits your specific job and lifestyle.

  • Breastfeeding Q&A: This is your time to ask anything—from "is this normal?" to "how do I know baby is getting enough?"

  • Next Steps Plan: Just like my in-person visits, I will send you a written summary of our chat and a list of steps to help you move forward.


$25 travel fee for trips over 30 minutes.

As a Certified Lactation Specialist (CLS) and Lactation Councilor and Educator(LCE) , I provide more than just encouragement—I provide solutions. My Breastfeeding Success Package ensures you have a professional by your side for every hurdle, from the very first latch to your return to work.

What I DO:

  • Set you up for infant feeding success with foundational guidance and confidence-building.

  • Provide immediate, in-home support and triage while you wait for an upcoming IBCLC appointment.

  • Refer you to a trusted IBCLC if major challenges or complex needs arise.

What I DON’T DO:

  • Diagnose or medicalize complex clinical conditions (such as tongue-ties or oral restrictions).
